ARCADE  FAQ & TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Fee Schedule:

Rate - Private Party Package -  $350 (90 minutes for up to 20 guests)

Each additional ½ hour - $50

Each additional guest over 20 - $3.00 per guest (only for guests who wish to play prize machines). 

Half-Day Rate - Full Day Rate - refer to your reservation confirmation for your fee schedule.  

Additional Fees:

Travel - A fuel surcharge fee of $2.00 per mile will be added to events that are more than 20 miles from Mullica Hill, NJ 08062.  We do not service areas more than 30 miles from Mullica Hill, NJ. Click here to calculate the mileage to your event https://www.google.com/maps/

Tolls - Tolls will apply when appropriate.  Turnpike, Expressway and Parkway tolls vary.  Please contact us for additional costs. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will notify you of the exact amount of the travel fee and tolls (if applicable).

Deposit: A Non-refundable Deposit of $75.00 will be due upon booking your event. Please DO NOT send your deposit without confirming that your desired date and time is available and reviewing your final quote for fees (including any additional fees if applicable). Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have 3 days to submit your deposit to secure your reservation.  After receipt of your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your reservation details. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via our website through PAYPAL or by check payable to the Rockin Roller Mobile Arcade, 116 White Owl Trail, Mullica Hill, NJ  08062.

Final Payment: Please have your final payment ready in either cash or check made payable to The Rockin Roller Mobile Arcade, prior to the commencement of your event. Please note that we are unable to accept final payment by credit card.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: In the event that you need to reschedule your party, we will do our best to provide you with an alternate date that is acceptable. If you cancel your event, for any reason, your deposit will be held for a future booking.  If cancel the day of the event you will be responsible for full payment.

Emergency Cancellations/Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to inclement weather when we feel traveling and transporting the arcade could be difficult or hazardous.  If we cancel your event for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, or you may apply your deposit to a future booking.

Operation of Games
: All games will be set on “unlimited free-play” for the duration of the event, with the exception of Pit Stop Crane and Pixy Prize.  These games will require tokens to operate and are set in “play until you win” mode.

Guest Capacity: The arcade can hold up to 20 guests at one time. If you have more than 20 guests, they will need to be divided into groups.  There is an additional $2.00 per guest fee for each guest over 20. 

Supervision: A Rockin Roller Mobile Arcade Gaming Coach will remain on-site throughout the event to assist guests and ensure proper operation of games/

Event Duration: The arcade will be available for exact length of time booked on your reservation confirmation.  We will make every effort to accommodate requests to extend the duration of the event, however, we cannot guarantee the arcade will be available due to pre-set schedules.

Late Arrivals: Please advise your guests to arrive on time. The event will begin and end promptly at the agreed upon times stated in your reservation confirmation.  Our events are based on a pre-set schedule so it is very important that we adhere to the scheduled times. 

Event Set-up/Break-down: We will require a 100 feet of parking space (approximately 5 car lengths) on private property or street parking that does not block neighboring driveways, fire hydrants or through-way traffic and provides safe and easy access to the arcade. We will arrive at your location ½ hour prior to the start time of your event to set-up and we will require at least ½ hour at conclusion of the event to break-down.  The arcade will be set up curb-side in front of your home unless other arrangements are made in advance. 

Food: No food or drink is allowed inside the arcade. 

Liability: Please be advised that The Rockin Roller Mobile Arcade assumes no responsibility or liability to accidents or damages caused during your event to your guests or your property.  Your Gaming Coach will work to ensure that your property and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the customer.

Agreement: By clicking the "I have read the Terms of Agreement"  and "I accept the Terms of Agreement" buttons below and submitting your form, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined above and understand you are entering into a legally binding agreement with The Rockin Roller Mobile Arcade LLC., and agreed to be bound by all of its terms.
